‘The Bigger Picture: Lagos Edition’ is a participatory public art project consisting of twelve hand-painted miniature tiles released across Lagos.

Each tile is a self-contained artwork and a fragment of a larger composition.

Participants who discover a tile, either by finding it or receiving it from a location, scan the QR code on the back and check in their piece. This action reveals their fragment on a private digital puzzle board, where the full artwork gradually emerges as more pieces are found.

The final image can only be seen when all twelve tiles are checked in, making Lagos itself part of the artistic process. A few participants will receive a curated Friday Box as a thank-you for taking part.

The Bigger Picture explores themes of perspective, clarity, community and the idea that no single moment or single piece, tells the whole story.
